Quite simply, our goal is to get the injured worker back to work as soon as possible. This starts by being able to see that patient at the onset of an injury and working together with all members of the medical team to develop a cost effective treatment plan formulated on evidence based medicine. At Spine & Neuro Pain Specialists, we realize that it is not always possible to see every injured worker at the onset of his/her symptoms and that not everyone injured on the job will be able to return to work. In these cases, a thorough review of all available medical records will be performed to prevent the re-ordering of unnecessary tests and treatments while focusing on treatment solutions that control the pain and restore the function of the patient. We believe reaching maximal medical improvement in a timely manner while making medical decisions in the best interest of the injured worker provides the best outcomes.
